Surnames: Kelland
I'm looking at lists of passengers entering UK and there are individual and blocks of names crossed out. Does this mean that they did not make the voyage? Or is there another reason? In particular is a record of Royal Navy stoker and engineeers in 1938, going from Durban South Africa to UK. Does anyone have an answer?
