I descend the brewer's descendant, Mrs. Argentine Cromwell Ross, by her New England, USA, marriage 11-28-1662, to Benjamin Cram, Sr.; by their son Benjamin Cram, Jr., who 12-30-1666, wed Sarah Shaw, and had Charity Cram who 7-25-1728, wed Josiah Smith, Sr., and had Mrs. Hannah Smith Burleigh. Argentine is an old family last name; but I do not know how it fits in with the Cromwells?
