I have a picture of a baptismal fraktur which indicates that the lady baptized was done so by "Pastor Roth a Reformed Minister" about 1791. Also cited is that this happened in Penn Township, Northampton County, which would have been before its subsequent subdivision into East and West Penn, as well as long before the formation of Carbon County in 1842.

Any ideas as to who this Pastor Roth may have been?
