KUBA, Violet (nee Parkin). July 11th at 12:30 God called Violet to her eternal home. Born 94 years ago in the Kamsack district to Alex and Tina Parkin. The youngest of six children.
Life was not easy for Violet following a failed marriage to the late Nick Kuba of Winnipeg. Working as a waitress for many years, she raised two sons. Philip who predeceased her in 2005; she leaves to mourn her son Allan of Montreal and daughter-in-law Myra Raffard of Kamsack. Donations in her memory may be made to the Doukhobor Prayer Home in Kamsack. Allan and Myra would like to extend a special thank you to Doctor Davies and staff of the L.T.C. of the Kamsack Hospital, Christy Doyle and staff at E. Andrychuk Funeral Home. Also a special thanks to Doctor Fred Strukoff for officiating and a very special thank you for the pall bearers.
Mom, rest in peace. You are now in God's hands. You will never be forgotten and you will forever remain in our thoughts and in our prayers.
