Hello,my name is Darrell Peters my great granfather was Bill Belcher and my grandmother was a Saylor from Bell county.Although I do not reside in eastern ky I have done extensive resaerch in to my family history,if I can be of help please email questions and if I cant answer them maybe some of my older relatives can.Thanks Darrell.
