I suspect that the Ancestry service for the US and Uk would be good, and probably worth the price of subscription. My feel is that this is not the best service for French (France) research.
If i come accross as good site for Ireland i will let you know. My suggestion would be to join the "Family Magazine" Facebook page and just "lob-in " your question. There are a lot of people subscribed to that Facebook page and you might geta response.

Facebook does come in useful from time to time.;)
