I am arbitrating NYC Nat Index cards.
I have a person who entered his birthdate as February 29, 1859. Without even doing the math, I know that Leap Years only fall in even numbered years.
The numbers are printed very clearly, I have no doubt about the entry.
Do I enter the date as I see it? Or do I mark it illegible or simply not there?
